Born and raised in Katikati, Fraser is a true local. In his early twenties he set out for an adventure across the ditch and found himself in a large scale industrial scaffolding organisation located in Western Australia. During his time here he developed a range of professional skills and returned to New Zealand with extensive industry knowledge and experience. Recognising the structural and operational shortcomings of many scaffolding operations, he set out to raise the standard and CAS was born.

With the clients best interest always at the forefront of the operation, Kayla & Fraser have developed their business to be focussed on the customer experience.

Ed has joined our team after working the past 22 years running large scaffold teams in the huge Mining/oil and gas Construction Business in Australia.
Fraser and Ed worked together on the Worsley Alumina, Billion Dollar upgrade in 2009, for 3 years and are happily reuniting forces to progress our great Service and Reputation.
Ed has overseen large teams in excess of 100 and has started and maintained many projects from scratch, hiring, mobilising staff and equipment and successfully delivering a safe and efficient service, achieving all deadlines.
Ed is complementing our existing systems, with his invaluable experience in the fields of safety and scaffolding compliance and we look forward to further working together.
